Northern Physique was created to educate, promote and encourage individuals to create a lifestyle of health and fitness in their lives. Northern Physique is also a showcase for the best examples of individuals who contribute to the physique community. We are committed to be a media source for the fitness and bodybuilding industry by promoting organizations, events, athletes and services contributing to the physique culture in Canada and North America.

About Us

Northern Physique Media Group is a subsidiary of New Visions Video established in 1986 and has been covering the bodybuilding and fitness scene since 1996. Northern Physique was created and launched in spring of 2005 with the goal of being a premium resource for information and event coverage for the Canadian bodybuilding and fitness scene. Northern Physique is where Canadian Bodybuilding fans, athletes and enthusiasts of all shapes, sizes and types, can get the latest news, photos and gossip of their sport from a Canadian perspective.
